Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch to obtain a nice size flame.  If the wick is too long, the flame will be too high.  Always supervise children and pets around open flames.  No refunds  or exchanges.  If damage is occurred during shipping, take photos of the damage and of the packaging and submit a claim through the postal service or ups, (whichever service shipped it).
